Jen Agosti – President of JRA Consulting, Ltd., a consulting firm focused on developing and applying quality improvement methods to public and private child welfare agencies across the country. Formerly the Director of the Office of Management, Planning, and Analysis for the MA Department of Social Services, Jen has a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Along with her husband, Mike, she has been a longtime OE volunteer and senior leader. |
| Laura Cabot Carrigan - Founder of Chinook
Outdoor Adventure, an outdoor accessories company. Cabot Carrigan has a Master's degree in
public policy from Columbia University, and is a past student as well as instructor for
Outward Bound. |

| Deborah Dickey - Radiation therapist. Dickey is a graduate
of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and has worked in the past with Outward
Bound. Dickey earned her M.Ed. from Boston University. |

| Melissa Frumin - Neuropsychiatrist, Brigham and Women's
Hospital. Frumin treats people with the psychiatric sequelae of head injury, multiple
sclerosis, epilepsy, mental retardation and other neurological illnesses. She teaches and
conducts research at Harvard Medical School. Frumin earned her M.D. from UC San Francisco and
completed her psychiatric residency at Mass General Hospital. |

| Allan Jones - Private real estate investor, Jones
served as President of the Athenaeum Group (1990-1998). Prior to earning his MBA from
Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Jones worked with Bank of Boston.
Jones serves as Vice Chair of the Advisory Board for Salvation Army of Cambridge, as a Member
of the Advisory Board for the Williams College-Mystic Seaport Program in Maritime Studies,
and as corporator for Cambridge Savings Bank and the Charles River Museum of Industry. |

| M. Scott Knox - Dean of Academic Preparation at the
Boston-based Steppingstone Foundation, a highly-regarded nonprofit aimed at providing
educational opportunities for urban youth. Formerly National Director of New Site Development
for JumpStart, Knox is an alum of Boston College and has spent the last seven years working
in the non-profit sector. |

| Gina L. Koprowski, CFP - Director of Financial Planning
for Delessert Financial Services, Koprowski is a member of the National Association of
Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Prior to
joining Delessert Financial Services, Koprowski held positions with Chase Manhattan Bank's
New York Global Private Bank, Rockefeller Financial Services Group, and Fidelity Investments.
Koprowski holds her MBA from the University of Maryland Business School with concentrations
in Finance and Logistics. |

Shay formerly served as a tax council to the US Department of the Treasury. Shay earned his
joint J.D./MBA degree at Columbia University. |

Gillian Simkiss - Director of Training and Development for Partners Healthcare, Gillian manages a team of Training professionals for the Revenue Operations Department. Gillian joined Outdoor Explorations in 1998 as a volunteer with the organization and spent many years volunteering on OE trips, she joined the board in 2005.

| Alison Husid Strausberg - Alison has been associated with
OE since 1999 through her role as an OE volunteer and facilitating AEW Capital Management's
involvement with OE's Corporate WildWorks program. Alison is a portfolio manager and
principal at AEW Capital Management in Boston, a real estate investment advisory firm. She
founded and currently chairs AEW's Corporate Giving Committee. She also served as Chair of
the Jewish Community Volunteer Program's Board for three years and was a board member for
five years. |

| Phil Thompson - Phil Thompson is a partner at the
Boston-based venture capital firm Alta Communications, an OE WildWork corporate sponsor. Phil
focuses on investing in the communications and media industries and his experience starting,
growing and strategically focusing companies will be a great addition to our board. He
currently serves on the boards of PrairieWave Communications, Inc., Arrival Communications
Inc. and MBI Publishing Inc. He began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and
attended Bowdoin College. |

| Mary Elizabeth Van Dyck - A graduate of Smith College and
Boston College Law School, she is the mother of two children, one of whom is legally blind.
Van Dyck has been a leader in the disability awareness programs offered through the Wellesley
Public Schools and serves on the Board of Wellesley Friendly Aid. She and her family are
active participants in OE camping adventures. |
